Unlike most acquisitions in this category it kept growing after the deal, Wix put Base44 at roughly $150M ARR as of May 2026 in its own Q1 2026 results, and its Q2 2026 results (released 4 August 2026) still credit "strong Base44 performance" for group revenue up 15% year on year, so "acquired" here does not mean "avoid".
